Straight forward job to convert them.
1) Remove old valve guides.
2) Drill out hole with #39 drill bit.
3) Tap out hole with 3mmX.5mm tap
4) Thread in nylon valve guides from Germany. I sell them for $2 each guide.
5) File and trim as necessary to fit the horn.
Works wonders when it's done.
