Well, I finally got my bag back from Dolly from getting repaired. I had to send it in because after 5 years, the stitching around the bell had come apart, and the zipper broke. Also, the cloth inside next to my rotary valves had started to tear.
The good news is, the bag looks great. Everything is fixed, and she even added a couple of things that were not on the bag originally. I'm very satisfied with the job she did.
The bad news is it took almost 6 weeks to get the bag back, when she told me before I send it she would do it right away and get it back to in no more than a week after she got it.

All in all, I am very glad to have my bag back, it is the only gig bag I have ever had the I felt really offeres protection. I don't think I have ever gotten a gig bag related dent while using it, but that is not the case with the other bags I have had in my life.
