Don't worry about Encore's ordering thing. I've ordered from them before and it went well. I get the feeling their operation is a Mom and Pop on the side thing and they only check the phone thing at night after their day job is done. It's a much less expensive way of taking orders than setting up a commerce server with all it's hassles.
