I will preface all my advice by saying that you should discuss this with your teacher immediately (if you are studying with one at the moment).
I would take at least a couple of days off, probably more depending on how much damage you think has been done. When you do come back, do so very slowly (i.e. only long tones and some easier Rochuts). Concentrate on basic good air flow, tone quality, etc.
