There are a few methods... one is controlled lower jaw movement, which seems to be very common. Then there's diaphragm vibrato, where you change the amount of air you're putting through the horn, which is more like a "dynamic vibrato." And there are more, but those are the 2 I'm most familiar with. Hope I could help!
