Depends on what instrument the Treble Clef music was written for.
If it was written for a piano, or a flute (or oboe, recorder etc.), no, you do not need to transpose. The other posts tell you how to deal with music written for Trumpet, that works for other Bb instruments as well.
So, what are you playing?
