So, one night I'm walking to my car after orchestra rehearal. I have my Miraphone in a gig bag, and my...brand...new...Yamaha F tuba in its "hard" plastic case. I set the F tuba down, open the door to the back seat, place the Miraphone on the seat, close the door, hop in the front seat, and proceed to back over the Yamaha. After dragging it for about ten feet, wondering what the h$!! was making that racket, realization struck.
The case still shows remarkably few scratches, but, amazingly, the horn was completely untouched.
