As a taxpayer, I get really chapped every time I find out that another pencil-necked geeky (bad) tuba player/music history professor has managed to get the State to buy one of these and shove it in the back of a locker...
...almost as wise use of my tax dollars as unnecessarily repaving the highway in front of my store (now almost up to curb level and flooding my parking lot when it rains) for the fifth time...and always RIGHT before election time {:^\)
