I tried one of the Werils about two months ago while I was shopping for an F tuba... I was very impressed with the sound of the instrument and the action worked OK - I could tell that it needed a little breaking in on the valves, no big deal.
I think it's a great little horn for the money - my only reservation is that some of the support braces and solder joints look and feel pretty fragile - a careful player shouldn't have any big problems, though.
