I play the Yamaha Jim Self Mouthpiece on my 5/4 Hirsbrunner CC. I like the fast response and the comfortable rim. It has a medium deep cup and produces a full yet clear sound. Yamaha did a great job of copying the hand made original that I made for Jim at back in 1986. I understand that they are now available in silver so the cost is not as prohibitive as it used to be.

You might also give the Marcinkiewicz ETU1 (Jim Self Model) a try. It’s not as close a copy but is also a good mouthpiece worth considering. The inside bite on the rim is slightly rounder and the transition into the throat is not quite as smooth. It too has a lively response but produces a slightly darker sound than the Yamaha.
