Charlie, thanks for the email explaining the manufacture of
these horns. I did not mean to make any implications
whatsoever about the quality of Schmidt tubas. I simply
didn't know anything about them, nor could I find any
mention of them anywhere but on your website.
I took a look at VMI's online catalog and am wondering
if the Schmidt 101 is basically the same as the B&S 3101 that
VMI makes. They look identical in the photos and the specs
look about the same.
