I have played quite a few of these fine arrangements for tuba quartet. I really enjoy them a lot. He writes with a lot of syncopation and very luscious chords. I would say the Euph part or medium to medium difficult being pretty evenly matched between the first and second players. The first tuba part is generally fairly hard with a high tessitura. The second tuba is rhythmically a little challenging but range wis fairly easy. I hope this helps. I have not seen any band arrangements but they work really well on their own.
