The Eb alto and C melody play in treble. Read the alto part on C melody
in bass clef and add three flats and you are in C. OR, read the alto part
up a minor third (d up to f) and you are in C.

For flute read a whole step below the Bb clarinet part and subtract
2 flats. Books for undergraduate orchestration class usually go through
the drills.
