You impress me as a guy who knows what he's talking about here, so let me ask:
Since Rick would be satisfied with projecting the sound to the other side of the house, is there any way he could set up a parabolic reflector, say from an old satelite dish? Or would the size of the dish have to be larger than a wavelength? Or is the whole idea just hopelessly uninformed? Or should we have all taken up the clarinet? Okay, I KNOW the answer to that one, but is there any merit to the idea of a parabolic reflector? Thanks!
