So, if you're correct (in a nutshell) then the only solution is to isolate Rick's sound from the environment, thus eliminating transmission of his sound to the outside of the house? Would building a "room within the room" solve the problem if it were properly sealed? Maybe a homemade Wenger is the way to go since $14000-$17000 doesn't seem to be an option. I'm pretty sure building your own could be done for SIGNIFICANTLY less than that. Just curious.
