The mute is an unacceptable alternative. My sound is what I need to work on most, and pursuing a good sound is what continues to motivate me in an otherwise hopeless pursuit. If I couldn't fantasize about the sound, I'd never pick up the horn.
I'm so glad that 99 isn't the one with the sensitive ears.
