An option if there are no readily available out-of-the-box solutions is to take a bass t-bone mouthpiece and have the shank turned down ("scraped smaller on a lathe" is a less graceful -- but still accurate -- phrase). If the receiver indeed needs something sized between the size of a bass mpc and a tenor mpc, this shrunken bass shank would probably fall right in the middle.
I'm sure there are better options out there, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.
