One of my first horns was an MW25 made about 15 or more years ago. The bell said Meinl Weston, a Division of Getzen on it. The fourth valve tuning had two very sharp 90 degree bends in it, so the slide could be easily manipulated. However, I felt that this made the fourth valve unnecessarily stuffy. I sold my MW25 after a couple of years, partly because of that and to get an F tuba. I would probably recommend a Mirafone 186 over that particular vintage.
