I don't know who manufactures the Selmer/Bach tuba, but I do know it is of the same design as the Olds tubas of the 60s and 70s. The Selmer/Bach appeared around the same time that Olds diappeared, so there must be a connection. I know that I preferred the Olds to the Bach.
