Yes, I've had similar bad experiences with the Brasswind. I ordered my Altieri bag through them, and after numerous calls, received it, seven months later. Also, lately they seem to have a thing for screwing up your phone routing, so you keep getting switched to a person that can't help you. One of my previous teachers got her credit card double charged by them too. So, while they do have decent prices, in my opinion, they don't have the best record for doing good business.
