I don't know much about the tuba program, but I know Mr. Clark is a nice old man probably in his 80's. He used to play tuba in a circus band in the old days and I'm pretty sure he sat next to Harvey Phillips. He teaches technique type stuff like fast single tounging and doulble-tounging like in circus type music and solo literature. He doesn't really play anymore though.
