Alright to begin i started tuba in the seventh grade and by christmas i knew i was hooked and started saving. I just took money mom gave me for lunches (40 bucks a month!) instead of eating lunch and mowed lawns and washed cars and stuff like that for two years, and now as a freshman, paid $3909 to the woodwind and brasswind last tuesday for a VMI 103 and case, so see there its not impossible, you just have to be DETERMINED and love the tuba.
