I think this piece is out of print. I played it a few years ago at a solo festival. My teacher had a copy of it and let me use it and the piano part that came with it. After trying to order a judge's copy, the music store I dealt with told me that it was out of print. Sorry, but it isn't a great piece!! I loved playing it.
