If you take the students right now at the top of their "field"...almost employable, most of them don't think this way. They know the main variable to the way anything sounds is the person...of course the masses, amateurs, beginners, etc...are interested in this stuff, its a hobby, its fact-finding...but I don't see any logic in comparing the professional of 30 years ago to some of the students of today...that's WHY they're students...its a growth period, they're here to ask questions, give 'em a break.
