If my eyeballing of the Alex 166 F/CC is accurate (and if my faulty memory is likewise true), it's no true double either. The "switch valve" diverts the airstream after the leadpipe through a second set of CC extender valves, then back through the F section. Klaus probably has a photo of this horn that shows the detail.
