I agree w/ JimL. The low F in the six valve configuration is gorgeous. The horn plays extremely even, and the response is top notch. I chose my 1816VGB out of about 5 other miraphones, 3 Wilsons, and 2 45SLP, and an 822F. Definately worth a look at!
