Yeah, I have the exact same problem using my MTS case with a PT-4. I was looking for a case a year ago and everyone on the boards recommended the MTS case. It wasn't too expensive and works great. Well, I get the case and the first time I use it is to go on a tour. I figured I had a defective case and called Brasswind. I was told that my problem was common. I was quite mad but since I used the case for a week on tour, I couldn't return the case. I have only used the case one other time and found the same thing already suggested to be true: pushing it from behind works better than dragging it. If you find out a way to mod the case and fix the problem, please tell me how!
