Mr. Phillips will be giving a lecture on the past, present, and future of the tuba, plus an overview of his career which has been amazing to say the least. I have also asked him to serve as a competition judge and to do a masterclass with the winners of the solo competitions. We are indeed very lucky that he has agreed to be here and enlighten us. I hope we have an audience of thousands to enjoy his and all of our guest artists presentations.
