You could look into doing "tuba solo with brass quintet" arrangement of Largo al Factotum from the Barber of Seville by Rossini. You could just do the stage directions as they would be done in the opera and really goof around with it or something. It's a Canadian Brass arrangement, so I wouldn't be surprised if there's a video or something that has them having much fun with it.
