VMI is the factory, and B&S is a label, but it is very confusing. It is sold as a VMI in the U.S., but their web page lists it under B&S tubas. But it's all the same thing.

The picture shows a VMI 3301 next to my York Master. It's a 4/4 piston BBb tuba with front-action valves; somewhat bigger than the new King, but not nearly as big as the Willson 3100.
