If the group seems to be flat and my throat is a little hoarse and my breathing not full due to higher than normal humidity then I tie my left shoe real tight, wear a loafer on my right foot, limit the breath intake to only my right nostril and lift my left check to release any excess pressure. Yea, that makes me play better in tune.
