In your situation, I'd stay away from the Bach's and the Yamaha's simply because of size of the slide and the shear weight of the instrument. I've found that the Getzen's and the Conn's are slides that are easier to work with and lighter....much more comfortable with my smaller hands. All this while still creating a wide range of sounds for many different settings.
