My only dealings with TE in NC was for a gig bag. I ordered a top loading Dolly Bag, and after several weeks (obviously the item wasn't in stock, and it was ordered from Dolly), I received a side loading bag, in a larger size than I asked for. I called to complain, and was told that Dolly bags were a special order item (I believed he was a dealer when I first ordered) and as such, there was no return. I was stuck with it.
