That is the problem with this whole 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4 designation thing. MW calls the 2155 a 5/4, but it really doesn't look much larger than the 2145. Cerveny calls the 601 a 5/4, but it's nearly as large as a 2165, and much larger than a 2155. what matters is if the horn matches the player and the use for which they want it. You can call it a 9/8 sized horn if you want, it really shouldn't matter.
