If the skill in the Holton factory doesn't exist to properly assemble the HP model, it certainly doesn't exist to effectively produce the 345.

If the 345 once again became "credit card" (ie. Anyone with a credit card can get one, if they are willing to wait.) tubas, their mystique would disappear, IMO, and I would predict that (because of the intonation) these instruments would be rated somewhere along side the Kalisons.

Finally, I don't think the Pascucci family has any confidence whatsoever (assuming they had personnel to fabricate these) that the 345 would be profitable. During the last thirty years, much of their business has evolved into re-selling name and stencil instruments that others manufacture for them. "Frank"ly (yes, I know that pun is very off-beat) I wonder if they've made a dime off the HP model.
