It appears to me as if you can only get exact intonation in 2 keys at one time. When playing in F you use the left hand. Then to play in the key of CC you hold down the 4th valve and use the right 3 valves. To play in Eb and BBb would be a little trickier as you would have to adjust some of the other slides. If you hold down the second valve on the right hand and pull out you main tuning slide to the key of Eb, then to switch to Bb you'd hold down the 4th and 1rst valves on you left hand and the 3 valves on your right hand would be your main valves.

In reality though this horn is actually just a 7 valve F tuba. I'm not positive on the key but that's what I'd think.
