If this horn uses the bell from the 5xJ as the earlier poster indicates, it's gonna be quite "big" for an F tuba. While the 5xJ horns may appear compact due to the wrap, the actual taper is generous. Thats why the 5xJ's "sound way bigger than they look". I would think that that bell on an F would make it at 5/4 size or more, depending on the other branches.

That also explains all the tweaking that must be going on; the Monster Eb's of old were loved for their sound, but notorious for intonation problems, due to the fast taper. With the closer tolerances of today's manufacturers, it should be possible to produce a Jumbo F/Eb with reliable pitch tendencies.
