The easiest way to scale it is to look at how many loops the tubing makes. Tubas that are short like the piggy usually make an extra loop. Taller tubas like the Besson BBbs and Yamaha 321s usually don't make the extra loop. I've seen a horn like this one before and the one I saw was as tall as either the Besson or 321 Yamaha BBbs, but bigger. If this was a piggy style horn somewhere in the tubing I'd expect to see one more loop.
