If you ever have the opportunity to visit my beautiful island, perhaps you will never get there, but if you do, you will find that we of course have more than one tuba player and not only that but we can compete on a global scale. I am happy to have received your question, albeit a stupid one, because now you, as many others unaware of Puerto Rico's vibrant musical scene, may now actually be forced to do some research into where we are and what we afford the rest of the world!
