Hey, my horn's getting progessivley less shiny, and it's only about 2 years old. I have a 52J with a dull satin silver finish (i forget what the type of finish is called, but you guys who own them know what i'm talking about). I'm wondering what's a safe way to polish this finish? I heard that regular polishes like tarnex or whatever is not good for the finish, and Scott Mendoker told me something about baking soda or baking powder, bt i forget which one he said. Thanks for your help.
(PS) thanks to everyone who helped me out with my choice between IU and U mich. I still dunno what i plan to do because Northwestern's now been thrown in my list of choices.
