I just wanted to post that I sent my giardinelli Helleberg to Lee Stofer to be fixed.It was in absolutely deplorable shape. It hade three cracked sections in the shank, was almost down to the bare brass and had a more than a few dings. Well I just got it back and it is now as good if not better than new. Just a wonderful job. I wish i had taken pictures so I could show you a before and after to get a better idea of the master work that Lee did. Just incredible. If only my playing was up to that level.
