Nothing wrong with it at all; there are even some hints on maintaining your instrument that you may find useful. Another good book, in addition to the already-mentioned Brian Fredricksen's "Song and Wind" Arnold Jacobs book is John Griffith's "Low Brass Guide". If you're interested in tuba history, Clifford Bevan's "The Tuba Family" should also be on your bookshelf.
