Hi everyone,

I was watching the Knowledge Network last night (Easter sunday), most of our american tubist friends probably don't get this channel but it's worth a shot. Anyways I was watching a program called Masterworks, and this time they were showing a performance of Brahms Requiem played by the Berlin Philharmonic. It was recorded in 1997 for the 100th anneversary of Brahms' death I think in Vienna. There really wasn't a whole lot to do in the tuba part, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of the tubist playing and what kind of tuba (key, brand) he was playing. There was only one good shot of him for about half a second so it was hard to tell. Out of curiosity who is playing in Berlin now too?

Thanks for all your help,
Richard
