There was a commercial recording out by an east block orchestra, or former east block orchestra--you might try Tower or CD NOW or other dealers.
The score is property of the Schoenberg archives and lives at the Schoenberg Institute in LA. We all looked at it and some studied it when I was a doctoral student at USC. Building was within eyesight of the main music teaching building where Tommy and Jim teach lessons still
