If your Holton was cut by Bob Rusk, and if the fifth valve is not in the leadpipe, then it is probable that a previous owner had a different fifth valve installed in a different place. When this is done, a section of tubing must be grafted into the leadpipe where the original valve was located. A lot of owners of Rusk cut horns have this procedure done.
