I went to NABBA (North American Brass Band Association) Championships this weekend, and played a WONDERFUL new euphonium made by Kanstul. It looks alot like a Yamaha 321, but it has the large receiver (like the Weril). The valves were fantastic, and fit and finish were above that of the Werils. However, I've heard the silver plated Werils have a nice finish. The only place I know that stocks Kanstuls is Chuck Levin's Washington Music Center.
If you want to get the Weril, please email me privately. I know of a new dealer who has a couple of them (in silver) in stock and he's selling them for cheaper than $1300.
