I don't know where you are located, however, Rich Ita, who lives and does brass repair work in Marietta, Georgia is one of the best brass instrument repairman I know. He would know how to repair your problem with the noisy valve springs. Rich was a chief repairman for Schilke in Chicago for a number of years. Repairman like him are hard to come by.
