I now play on another German CC for use in my college studies, but that Alex served me well. Not the best for
quintet/solo usage, which is a large portion of my playing, but great for carrying a wind ensemble or an
orchestral brass section. The description of this Alex CC is "Large" so it might be similar in characteristics to
a bigger BBb. But dealing with David Fedderly is also a sure fire thing; he has a good trial period. If you
have the money for it, at least try this horn; Alexanders tend to have a terrific sound.
