This really has nothing to do with the tuba, but has alot to do with life. I am conducting a Holocaust Remebrance Ceremony tomorrow night at a local Synagogue. At rehearsal tonight we ran an arrangement of "Hatikvah" and I noticed that a woman was very intent on the music. She came up to me afterwards and told me what a joy it was to hear the music being played. She said she always wanted to be a violinist, but things didn't work out when she was younger. As she touched my arm to thank me again, I noticed a number tatooed on her forearm. Suddenly nothing in that didn't work out in my life seemed too important. Think about it. True Story. Have Peace.
