I have had a tuba from the Brasswind on a trial period. I have had (French) horns out from the Brasswind, Osmun, Washington Music and Wichata Band Instruments on trial. Each company has its own policies so you need to get the details before proceeding. For example, the length of the trial varies between companies. Some companies have restocking/cleaning charges for returned horns as well as shipping charges.
The Brasswind offers financing as described in their catalog. It is not long-term.
